| Subject: traction control for AWD application? Tue May 08, 2012 5:10 pm | |
| like the title says, I've seen the videos of the 128 in action on a Supra, letting it launch on unprepared surfaces instead of just spinning..
what strategy would be the best for attaining similar results with a higher hp AWD setup that wants to spin tires instead of moving off line? Just boost control or is there something else?

With AWD, you can't rely on wheel speed differential, so you need to use launch control against time for controlling rpm.
