| Anyone else have these injectors and some settings they might be using? Do these numbers look about right?
thanks

| Here are the numbers for the FIC 2150's
FLow rate at 43.5psi = 2032cc/min Offset = .24 Battery offset is 8 9 10 11 12 13.5 14 15 16 1.78 1.59 1.41 1.27 1.17 1 .97 .90 .83

| Those are different than what I'm running, if I recall we had the first set of FIC2150's on a ProEfi and you flowed one to confirm what we should run?
Here's my settings:
1963.0 at 43.50psi
0.30 offset
8 9 10 11 12 13.5 14 15 16 1.83 1.58 1.43 1.24 1.12 1.00 0.95 0.89 0.82
So have you found updated settings for these since then? We originally had some nasty issues with the flex fuel interpolation and the afr going way rich instead of staying on target when the ethanol percentage increased.

| How did you fix the issues with the flex fuel interpolation and the afr going way rich instead of staying on target when the ethanol percentage increased?
I did most of my tuning on pump to E30 . Now that its around E80, my map seems way to rich, esp at higher load lower rpm. When I go back down to E30 range, the AFR seem to be back on target.

I did most of my tuning on pump to E30 . Now that its around E80, my map seems way to rich, esp at higher load lower rpm. When I go back down to E30 range, the AFR seem to be back on target. It was WAY off initially with the injector card settings from FIC, much better with the revised settings I posted. However, I did see it go lean on pump last summer when it was hot out, I was on a road trip so I really didn't get on it much anyways.. I managed to find a station with E85 and that made it better. I've mostly been playing around with temperature I think rather than ethanol percent, as it seems to be close. I think the GM content sensor may also read fuel temp if I recall the Zeitronix gauge displaying that. I'm not sure how much more the fuel temp effects tuning with ethanol than gasoline.. could be playing a part in what I've seen. The only thing is now, I am no longer planning to drive the car year-round as I had been, bought a daily finally so I probably won't be running it on pump very often.

| If you are finding that changes in ethanol content are affecting the tune, then your injector calibration numbers are off. | |

| I am using the ID2000 settings given in the Proefi help sheets.
Is there a trend to the settings? Ie: getting richer as the % ethanol increases, means you're injector dead times are too high?
