changelog & new version info

It would be helpful if there was an easy-to-access changelog available. There are some high-level notes on the new version posted on the download section of the website, but it would be better if you kept a list of what has changed between versions since some of us are multiple versions behind.

Also, a lot of the dealers seem to have new firmware that I don't see being posted anywhere. Currently on the website the firmware is bundled into zips for each different application. But there is no explanation on which version firmware is in the zip and what changes have been made to it.

Basically, I want to be able to see what the latest changes are and decide if it's worth the time to upgrade or if I should wait until the next one.
