| I have been having a lot of issues trying to flash my ECU. I have a 128 unit running the latest software from the website. For some reason it won't flash to the ECU. All it says is started and nothing happens. I have tried every compatibility and multiple versions of the software and it still does the same thing. I can view the map in offline mode and it will connect to the ECU when the car is running in online mode as well.
I called and about two weeks ago and talked to Corell and we thought it might be from the base map I got from FSR because they sent me an xcal from what I believe is the next firmware (4??). Shot them an e-mail and they sent me the 3zz file from the website and said to use that, still didn't work. I have flashed their base map file in before but after that for some reason it is really hit or miss, mainly a lot of misses. Should I pull my ECU and send it in to you guys or is it some kind of software issue that could be resolved from my end? Thanks a lot for the help.

Justin I have had a couple customers with this issue. Some of them it ended up being an anti virus, spyware or similar type program running in the background. Others it was a library issue. They uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything.

I have noticed that it will only flash if In one USB port but, haven't done it enough times to really confirm. Either way, thank you very much for the reply. Justin
