User software question

Im going to be using a 48 ecu on my VQ swapped sentra, but im fairly far from the closest Proefi dealer. (either way, i do not like the way that shop works)

i was talking to someone and he was telling me that you guys have 2 different software. one for your dealers, and one for end users like myself or tuners which tune your ecu's but have not become dealers. is this true? i would like to have full access to all possible features when the time to tune comes.
