Lexus IS300 and Scion TC release updates!

Lexus IS300 and Scion TC in the finishing stages of developement! We should be releasing these applications on time in September. We have the variable cam dialed in, and electronic throttle dialed in as well. We are just putting the applications through their drivability stages. Look for release notifications on our website or on this forum!


ProEFI

The IS300 and Scion TC have officially been released. Contact your local ProEFI dealer for pricing and availability. You have the option of leaving the stock computer in control of the VVT, and the Eletronic Throttle, or you can have the ProEFI control them.

The Auto transmissions on both these cars will remain under control of the factory ECU. If you choose to take over the electronic throttle control with the Automatic transmission, you will have to manually shift the gears for performance. The stock computer defaults the auto mode to short shift each gear when it doesn't see the electronic throttle control. The way around this is to have your dealer install a second throttle body under the stock computers control, but not physically attached to the engine. All of the other ancillary devices on the car work.
